If you are looking for some accommodation luxory - do not go to the tree. But if you just need a bed to sleep, leaving her mostly simple shelter made of bamboo and sea view, relax in a large wooden terrace right on the sea (at least at high tide), listen to some chill-out-music or live music at night, drinking some cold beer or cocktail, enjoy a great barbecue and hang out in a hammock, as well so that you have shared bathrooms with outdoor shower just a bucket (water intake the pool with stone cube and a little longer for your body (you can ... well ... soooo cool ...), and if you do not mind walking around 2-3 minutes to reach the beach (tree is right but a rocky beach), then only a fine to spend their holidays there! And do not miss the elephant riding ... do they offer 2 hours travel and swim with the elephant ... just great!
My boyfriend and I stayed in the tree house for a night while traveling around Koh Chang and it was incredible.
It is true that it is very basic  but very fun and the whole place had a really relaxed, chill out. The climax was amazing out of this area, jutta out over the sea and was covered in deck chairs and lights, is magical. The food was amazing too. Beautiful scenery and beautiful beaches.
Probably could have stayed there for over 2 nights because of the basic facilities (bucket shower!), But for one night was incredible ... 1.50 and we paid for our tree house!
